Our Staff first pledge corresponds that our basic minimum wage will always be 2.5 times what the minimum salary stated by our capital Washington DC. As of today that number is $38 an hour. We care and respect our staff and ourselves. As such we think our number one priority is that all of our staff members needs are well taken care of, that enable us to offer the best service to our patrons.
